What is specialty coffee?

In order to be considered specialty coffee, there must be a commitment to a higher standard. This commitment begins with the families who farm all the way down to you, our customer. Bean to bar. So yes, you also help support specialty coffee by sticking to a higher standard of quality and taste.

Specialty coffee is meticulously cared for and passes various levels of inspection in all stages before even reaching our barista. This ensures that once it reaches you, your coffee experience will be a memorable one. 

 

Shipping within Spanish Peninsula:

Once your order has been received, we will work quickly to prepare and pack your items and get your package out the door. 

For orders within the Spanish peninsula, you can expect to receive within 48-72 hours. If you’re in Madrid, and don’t want to wait, you can also stop by and pickup in store at Calle Lope de Vega, 2 Madrid, Spain 28014.

We love seeing your smiling face. 

Shipping to Canary Islands & Baleares Islands:  

We also ship to Canary Islands and Baleares Islands but shipping charges may be higher.

Shipping to EU:

As with all orders, we will work as quickly as possible to prepare and pack your items. Once they are ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number from us. You can expect to receive your package within 5-7 days. 

Shipping outside EU: 

Currently we are only able to ship merchandise but not food products such as coffee or chocolate but we are constantly working to improve our service. 

 

What if I have a coffee return?

Since coffee beans have a short shelf life, we’re unable to accept coffee returns. Though there are some exceptions:

-FELIZ Coffee has made an error in your coffee order.

We can not give refunds in the following cases:

-You received your coffee in good condition but decide you don’t want it.

-You weren’t home to receive your package. Shipping companies tend to hold on to packages for a short time but to save yourself the headache, please be sure you’re home when your package arrives. 

 

What if I have a home product return?

Return:

We do our best in hopes that you will love your purchase but if for some reason you must return a home product you'll have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so.

Simply pack the item as you received it and ship back to FELIZ Coffee. Once we receive the package and review that all items are in perfect condition, you will receive a refund. 

Product Damage:

We review all products before shipping to ensure they are in perfect state. We also package all items as securely as possible before shipping. We're unable to accept returns because of damage that has occurred during the shipping process.
