How do I know which coffee I'll like best?
We believe trying is the best way to know which coffee you´d like best.
Which coffee should I use for my machine?
Our coffees work well on any machine. It really depends on what coffee maker you have and what kind of coffee you like.
Should I buy my beans ground or whole?
Our beans are sold whole in order to preserve the best and freshest quality. This way you can grind them as you use them.
What's the shelf life of my coffee?
Whole coffee beans will be at peak flavor 2-4 weeks after the roast date marked on your bag. Unopened bags can last up to a whole year.
What is the decaf process?
Our decaf coffee is an Anaerobic Natural EA Decaf. This is a natural process that preserves the origin character and sweetness of the coffee. It´s also less resource intensive.
How are orders shipped?
We search various shipping companies and select the best rate. Options could be Correos. Currently we ship within the Spanish Peninsula but we´re working on shipping beyond.
When will I receive my order?
In Spain your order should arrive within 1-2 working days. We will provide a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
Can I pick up my order at the coffee shop?
Yes! Just use the Free Pick Up option at checkout.
Help! My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Don´t open the package. Take a photo of the package as you have received it and send to us. Please send to us within 24 hours of receiving so that we can assess the damage. Email us at hola@felizcoffee.com
Do you accept returns?
Since coffee is a perishable item, we do not accept returns, unless your order is incorrect. For non-coffee items a return policy is available.
